When shit hit the fan after it became public knowledge that Eli Wehbe was the ring leader in Kim Fattorini’s death, he decided to take some time off to figure out who he was. Mind you, after Fattorini died, Wehbe and the other cast of degens went on with their lives like nothing happened. Because that is what you do when your best friend dies, you go back to Warwick center stage next to the DJ booth like Groundhog Day, onto the next victims.
Wehbe, deep in thought doing his Forrest Gump, nobody loves me run days, had the epiphany to write a self-help, self-redemption, self-how-do-I-turn-my-Instagram-back-on book.
No, I did not get an autographed copy like every other bottlerat.
Wehbe, in his own words, states:

Now let us talk about the FACTZ of a brutal mistake circulating Las Vegas. There is a case of mistaken Eli Wehbe identity. And just to show you I am fair and just, I want to help both Wehbe’s distance themselves from each other.
Another Elias Wehbe had a brutal divorce with Baharak Roghany, according to a list of “exhibits to be destroyed”- Elias Wehbe vs. Baharak Roghany. The timing of these destroyed evidence/docs is very suspect, right when all the Fattorini information was coming to light. Elias Wehbe 2 took it upon himself to clean up (burn) his past. It’s the strangest thing. They both were trying to distance themselves from each other. Not to fully Parent Trap you, but there is a reason Eli Wehbe of Kim Fattorini fame is going so hard on his middle name (not proven) “Michael.” And this is why …
FACTZ was able to dig up the following:
- Eli Wehbe and Baharak Roghany were married on May 19, 2013, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- From May 19, 2013 until July 19, 2013, approximately five days a week, at or around 3 a.m., Wehbe wakes Roghany up and starts having sex with her against her will. When Roghany refused, Wehbe grabbed her hand and restricted her movements on the bed.
- From June 26, 2013 until July 3, 2013, Roghany was on her menstrual cycle and was suffering from menstrual cramps. Nevertheless, Wehbe still woke Roghany up at or around 3 a.m. and forced sex upon her. When Roghany refused Wehbe’s sexual advances, Wehbe stated that “you are my wife, you should do that.” Roghany started crying but Wehbe did not stop.
- On or around July 19, 2013, Wehbe told Roghany that they were going to purchase a house together and that they should go look at houses. During the ride to look at houses, Wehbe unlawfully punched Roghany in the head multiple times and the grabbed her arm and twisted it behind her neck and pushed her down into the car window.
- After the beating, Wehbe pretended that nothing was wrong and asked Roghany if she still wanted to go see the houses. Roghany cried and did not understand how Wehbe could pretend that the beating did not just occur.
It reads like a Stephen King romance novel. Wait, I’m not done mask-ing the situation. Let me share with you the finding of FACTZ from the district court (Clark County, Nevada), and remember they burned the evidence like witchcraft:
- COURT DOES FIND, Roghany has met her burden of proof that Wehbe was unjustifiably violent on July 19, 2013.
- COURT DOES FIND, the sexual abuse claim, that Roghany was awakened during the early morning and Wehbe had sex with her. Beyond that, nothing was proved. The request that she was abused as a result of some sexual abuse, those claims are DENIED.
So, in the end, Wehbe gets away with it again.
I think perhaps accessory to a beautiful woman’s death
Give me a break the only thing this guy is masking is the guilt that he drugged and handed off an innocent girl to one of his “so called buddies” all in order to keep up with his well know image with celebs & title of “nightlife god status” going. What amazes me as he now portrays this, “profound man who found the meaning of life thru wellness and spirituality” is how so many people forgot all about what he did & who he truly is and most of them went back to glorifying his every move. But those of us that don’t get wrapped up in that delusional world and live in reality will always remember him as the guy who helped to murder Kim Fattorini and responsible for another tragic death in Hollywood that NEVER should have happened. I always do wonder how do people like him sleep at night? I don’t know about you but there’s no amount of meditative practices in the world that could take away those demons that would haunt you daily reminding what you did.
What about the girls there that night! The hookers for $3k. The solution here, go to a grand jury on this.
I don’t know many people that would pay a $3000 dollar hooker to just sleep (see the text transcripts) and let me remind you of Kim’s last text to Eli asking for help. Did I miss anything here ?
