The Englishman answered all our questions, but we forgot to ask the one that mattered about testosterone use (steroids), and when we did, in the end, the answer was, “I’m not talking about that, mate.”

Fun FACTZ- Natural testosterone is a steroid — an anabolic-androgenic steroid. “Anabolic” refers to muscle building, and “androgenic” refers to increased male sex characteristics.

However, we did learn the following:

• Hall digests a kilo of carbs a day.
• Ronnie Colman was the coolest dude he has worked out with.
• Hall’s only focus now is “classic physique.”
