Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, filed for divorce in August.

The couple shares three children, and Flavin reportedly initiated the divorce proceedings.

At the time, Flavin called their relationship “irretrievably broken,” but about a month later filed for an abatement.

The couple decided to try to work things out.

The abatement request read in part, “The Parties agree that it is in the best interests of each of them individually, and more importantly collectively as a family, to resolve all issues attendant to the dissolution of their marriage in a dignified, amicable and private manner out-of-court.”

Now, the divorce has been dismissed completely.

The court document reads, “… Jennifer Stallone, by and through her undersigned counsel, hereby voluntarily dismisses her Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and Other Relief filed August 19, 2022, without prejudice.”
