Dillon Danis, who is gearing up to face Logan Paul in the boxing ring on October 14, has maintained his relentless trolling of his opponent and Paul’s fiancee, Nina Agdal. Agdal recently filed a lawsuit against Danis and sought a restraining order against him due to his persistent online harassment.

This week, Danis was served with the legal documents, which he had previously evaded. Despite facing a lawsuit, he chose to continue targeting Agdal and Paul, even attempting to make light of the situation on social media.

In a tweet, Danis remarked that Logan Paul had made history by being the first person in combat sports to sue their opponent before their fight, labeling it as “wild.” He went on to draw a peculiar comparison, stating that Evander Holyfield never sued Mike Tyson for the infamous ear-biting incident.

Agdal’s lawsuit alleges emotional distress, humiliation, and reputational damage as a result of Danis’s online behavior. The lawsuit specifically pointed to a sexually explicit image shared by Danis on August 11, which Agdal claims violates both federal and state law. The image was reportedly from a past “romantic encounter” more than a decade ago.

Despite the pending lawsuit, Danis remains undeterred, continuing his verbal jabs at Paul and keeping the pre-fight tension alive in the lead-up to their boxing showdown.
