Silvana Mojica, known as Silvs on TikTok with 291.6K followers, opened up to her followers about her social anxiety and how she recently overcame it.

Mojica, Dave Portnoy‘s ex, says, “I don’t know if you know this about me but I also have a little bit of social anxiety,” adding in, “So I never go anywhere by myself whether it’s a grocery store, workout classes – especially workout classes, they just kind of freak me out.”

She shared that she “finally” went to a workout class on her today and was super proud of herself for stepping out of comfort zone to do something that she typically wouldn’t do alone.

She concluded by saying, “So, if anybody ever struggles with this, if I can do it, you can do it.”
