Chase Koepka’s LIV Hole in One Turns to Chaos and Celebration

Chase Koepka wasn’t at the front of the stats during Sunday’s LIV Golf tournament in Adelaide, Australia.

But one single shot would change the landscape entirely – and set the audience off on a chaotic celebration.

Koepka had just come off three birdies in his first seven holes when he approached the 12th. It’s a par-3 known as “The Watering Hole” because of the way it’s shaped and situated like a stadium, where fans sit, sip and watch.

Koepka pulled out his nine iron and took his shot. It hit the ground and rolled the remaining distance – sinking an impressive hole in one.

Chase Koepka slammed his club on the ground and started celebrating, and the audience immediately joined in.

The crowd can be heard erupting into cheers. In videos of the event, they can then be seen throwing cups, bottles and cans onto the field, fans going berserk at the exciting twist.
