FACTZ spoke with real estate guru Josh Altman last night ahead of Super Bowl weekend.

Altman, who stars on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing” and leads the industry in major sales, was happy to drop some tips on real estate in Los Angeles, saying, “It’s a great time to buy. Sell if you’ve gotta sell. Otherwise, don’t sell.”

He also took a moment to laugh about the concept of weird people showing up to open houses – saying that’s the best part about hosting open houses. He added with a grin, “Weird people, it’s great.”

As for who the top agent is in LA … you know what time it is, “When you are at the top, you just don’t look down.”
