Emerik Zovko came home from work and found an unexpected guest making itself at home in his dog’s bed.

Lounging in the comfortable cushion was nothing other than a wild bobcat, much to Zovko’s shock.

The bobcat is believed to have entered the house through an unlocked doggy door on Monday, attacking the family dog (Squeakers) as he tried to defend his home.

Squeakers suffered serious injuries, but was able to return home after a few days.

Zovko has a GoFundMe set up to cover the costs of Squeakers’ medical bills.
