Bijou Phillips has chosen to end her marriage to Danny Masterson. A decision made less than two weeks after he received a 30-year to life sentence for rape.

Throughout Danny Masterson’s rape trial and re-trial, Bijou stood by his side, even accompanying him to his sentencing hearing.

In May, Danny was convicted on two counts of rape, although the jury was hung on the third count. These charges stemmed from incidents that occurred between 2001 and 2003, with the initial charges being filed in 2020.

Bijou and Danny share a daughter who was born in 2014. Reports suggest that Bijou was deeply affected by his sentencing.
