Biden Admin Sending Even More Money in Weapons to Ukraine – Over $700M More

Is there an echo in here?

The Biden administration is sending money and weapons to Ukraine – again – and this time, it’s $725 million.

While it’s great to help the embattled country being invaded by Russia’s aggressive expansion, people at home in America are working overtime (and two or three jobs) and still can’t afford to survive.

Yet there goes another $700M.

The Department of Defense announced Friday that another Presidential Drawdown of security assistance (valued at $725M) would be sent to Ukraine to meet critical security and defense needs.

This is the 23rd drawdown since August 2021 for those keeping track.

Package perks this time around include additional ammunition for the High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), 500 precision-guided 155mm artillery rounds, 5,000 anti-tank weapons, High-speed Anti-radiation missiles (HARMS), small arms, over 2M rounds of small arms ammunition plus much more.

More than $85B in taxpayer money has gone overseas while Americans languish at home under record inflation and a housing market in collapse.

Sure, why not.
