Both Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been released from prison and have been placed under house arrest.

The Court of Appeal in Bucharest ruled to replace the latest period of custody to house arrest. The original ruling had the brothers in prison until April 29, 2023.

Their two associates, Georgina Naghel and Lunana Radu, have also been released. All four have been ordered to stay in the buildings where they live.
