Andrew Tate and Brother Lose Appeal Against Detention, Judge Upholds 30-Day Arrest

Controversy influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have lost their appeal against detention in a Romanian prison.

A judge announced Tuesday that the 30-day arrest was being upheld, so they will remain in custody as authorities investigate.

The duo is being investigated for human trafficking, rape and organized crime.

Reports say the judge is concerned about the flight risk the brothers pose, saying that they could “leave Romania and settle in countries that do not allow extradition.”

Unfortunately for Andrew, his own words work against him – as he has expressed plans to do exactly that in the past.

Both brothers maintain their innocence.
