Adidas to Launch Yeezy Merchandise in 2023 Without Kanye West

Adidas has announced that it will begin selling Yeezy merchandise at the end of May 2023. The collaboration with Kanye West’s Yeezy brand was first announced in 2016, and Adidas has been producing Yeezy footwear since 2015.

The new merchandise line will include apparel and accessories, in addition to the popular Yeezy sneakers. The launch will coincide with the expiration of West’s contract with Adidas, which was not renewed after he reportedly lost the company hundreds of millions of dollars due to his controversial statements and behavior.

According to FACTZ sources, West’s Yeezy line was responsible for driving significant growth for Adidas in the early years of their collaboration, but sales began to decline after West’s public support of former President Donald Trump and controversial statements about slavery and other issues.

West has since launched his own clothing line, Yeezy Gap, in collaboration with Gap Inc. The line is set to launch later this year and has already generated significant buzz and anticipation among fans.

The launch of Yeezy merchandise by Adidas is expected to be a major event, with fans eagerly anticipating the new products. However, it remains to be seen whether the Yeezy brand will be able to regain the momentum it once had, or if it will continue to face challenges due to West’s controversial public persona.

In the meantime, Adidas will continue to focus on its other popular footwear lines, such as the Ultra Boost and Superstar, as well as collaborations with other designers and celebrities.
