FACTZ has obtained a complaint for damages, yet-to-be-filed in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles, against comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears, containing multiple extremely serious accusations, including child molestation.

The 30-page document, letter-headed from Jane Doe in Nevada, alleges intentional infliction of emotional distress, gross negligence, negligent supervision/failure to warn, breach of fiduciary duty, constructive fraud, sexual battery, sexual harassment and sexual abuse of a minor and demands a jury trial.

Jane Doe, 22, and John Doe, a minor, 15, are listed as the plaintiffs, alleging that Jane Doe was 14 and John Doe was 7 years old when they were assaulted by Haddish and Spears. It claims that the “soft porn molestation video” was featured on their “Funny or Die” show (removed).

It goes on to say that the incidents that took place in 2014 and that #Haddish groomed them, traumatizing both of them for life, specifically noting taking Jane Doe to film a sexually suggestive Subway commercial and taking John Doe to Spears’ home where he was molested on film by Spears. During the Subway commercial incident, it is alleged that Haddish showed the minor how to give fellatio and then gave her $100 after she simulated it on film.

Even more disturbing, the paperwork details an event that occurred when John Doe was brought to Spears’ house by Haddish to film a video called “Through the Eyes of a Pedophile,” which was positioned as a sizzle reel for Nickelodeon to the mother of the plaintiffs. Instead, it lays out a horrifying scene of events involving John Doe in his underwear, with baby oil, in a bathtub where Spears is bathing the child with a watering can and squirting baby oil on Spears’s naked upper torso. Photos included.

When contacted about the footage, the plaintiff’s mother was told by Spears that the footage was deleted. In 2018, the mother received notification that the scene was not deleted and a gossip site reported it surfaced with Spears being accused of being a pedophile by a woman he was arguing with online.

That year, apparently, the mother reached a settlement with Spears for $15,000, but in this new document, the plaintiffs say it is not binding and their mother was in a bad “mental state” and couldn’t take care of herself. It also calls out that at some point, the mother borrowed money from Haddish due to financial issues—but in no way was that loan an attempt to extort or barter with Haddish.

Both plaintiffs detail their inability to lead a normal life as a result of these episodes. Story developing.
