Everyone always says that arcade claw machines are scams and you can’t catch anything, but one extra large claw machine in North Carolina caught an entire boy.

A 13-year-old climbed into the Cosmic XL Bonus Game at Charlotte, North Carolina. Carowinds amusement park on Sunday.

His intention was to steal a prize – but things went awry when he couldn’t get out.

Photos of the incident show the boy sitting in the machine, surrounded by staff members, a sheriff’s deputy and bystanders.

The amusement park’s medical team was able to respond and remove him from the machine, administering first aid before releasing him to his guardian.

Unscathed, but perhaps a little embarrassed.
